Tim is a highly experienced financier. As a former analyst Tim has specialist knowledge of the oil and gas sector, but in his 20 year career he has been responsible for the flotation, acquisition and fund raising for a range of companies within other sectors of the UK quoted market. He has been Head of Smaller Companies Research and Director of Institutional Stock-broking at Greig Middleton and an institutional salesman/corporate broker at both Investec Securities and Canaccord Capital.

Philip Campbell trained as an accountant and has extensive management experience within the transport, service and manufacturing sectors, working in the UK, Europe, the Gulf and the Far East spending over 20 years specifically in the Rail industry.
 
In 1989, following returning to the UK after several years working in Belgium, Philip joined GEC Transportation Projects Ltd (TPL) as accountant for the supply of the Eurostar trains. In 1992 he became assistant group finance director for TPL
 
In 1995 Philip became a founder member of the management team for the newly created GEC ALSTHOM Railway Maintenance Services (RMS) business. RMS was created to capitalise on the privatised UK rail market and with his team he was successful in securing several major contracts in this sector including taking over the maintenance operations of both the London Underground Northern and Jubilee lines. During his time with RMS Philip held a number of senior positions including Materials Director, Commercial Director and Director commercial Services where, working with his in house team of solicitors, barristers and accountants his unit worked on many major rail projects throughout the world.
 
In 2005 Philip joined TrainFX Limited where, he and his team have focused on the investment and development of a wide ranging product portfolo for use in the transport sector.

Zeph gained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) honours degree in Systems Engineering from Nottingham University in 1995 joining Virtuality Group as a Systems Developer. He was responsible for the development and support of professional virtual reality systems including the launch of the Ford Galaxy in virtual reality and a virtual trading floor for the London International Finance and Futures Exchange (LIFFE).

In 1997, Zeph joined the Ministry of Defence (MOD), working for the Defence Evaluation Research Agency (DERA) as a Higher Scientific Officer in the Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) group. In this role, he was responsible for developing leading edge technology solutions into the defence arena incorporating high rate communication data links, image processing and software intensive systems.

Zeph transferred to QinetiQ, the commercial spin-off of DERA to exploit leading edge technologies into the commercial sector working on technology transfer into the rail, automotive and medical markets.

Zeph Gained a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Cranfield University and became Chartered as a professional Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

In 2005 Zeph joined TrainFX Limited as Engineering Director where, he has continued the development of advanced rail technology solutions for use in the transport sector.

 

 

Mark Edmonds

Mark Edmonds is RAM’S Communications Director. Prior to RAM Mark spent 27 years in BBC TV culminating in a specialist team of coordinating programme delivery mechanics for major Network TV transmission output delivered by Post Production Resources Group. In 2006 he joined the ASNU Corporation, a world leader in Gasoline Injection Diagnostics and was instrumental in the R&D and Management of a subsidiary division within the Corporations business.
